Our Team Jesus program was developed by our non-profit board of educated professionals and trained biblical counselors who lead the groups in prayer, study and activities. Having trained individuals who are passionate veterans in the bible, creates quiet order among learners where individuals relate to each other as spiritual siblings, but still governed in structure of trained professionals.
Our meetings are a classroom, so everyone with any belief is welcome to come learn regardless of denomination and belief. Our goal isn't assimilation in doctrine but fruitful learning, respect of others and joy in our own personal walk. We accomplish this with the bible as the foundation and north star, not as a mascot or afterthought. We believe the bible to be true, without error and the inspired Word of God. With that being said, our staff is trained to be respectful of everyone's views, walk in love and peace and teach individuals to grow in faith in a cross-denomination environment. Our biblical counselors have come from different backgrounds but have experienced the gift of being reborn. We use the Spirit of God to lead, teach and heal.
Our educational approach focuses on various learning styles (visual, tactical, auditory, etc). So not every meeting is a text-reading study, or a game play. Some meetings are blended with activities, challenges, apologetic-training, history, field trips to discover local charities (animal shelters, foster facilities, meal programs for the poor, etc). Everything can be used to teach straight from the scriptures and discover joy. We believe the Spirit of God moves, leads, guides and continues the lesson long after our meetings are over. We are dedicated to be ambassadors to help anyone discover this miracle.
